The staff that work out on the floor are great for the most part. Really care about the residents. The lacking comes in with some management. Only care about what they think and not what's best for the company as a whole. That's why it's a revolving door of staff all the time. He has done so well, and it all has to do with the level of attention and care he is given each day. I wish that he had went to this facility before he had went to any other.
