The staff are amazing. My father receives authentic care in an environment that is conducive to positive health. The facility is well kept and very clean. Staff treat all residents with dignity and respect. I would recommend this facility over anyplace I've experienced in my lifetime. Truly amazing work being done there. Thank you

The staff that work out on the floor are great for the most part. Really care about the residents. The lacking comes in with some management. Only care about what they think and not what's best for the company as a whole. That's why it's a revolving door of staff all the time. The ones that stay there are only there because it's convenient. The administrator is rude to family members and employees and frankly only cares about the dollars she is making. I am so grateful for the wonderful care my mother received at Embassy at Valley View]. The staff were absolutely outstanding—compassionate, attentive, and always respectful. They made sure to cater to her needs and made her feel like a valued individual every single day.
