I am so grateful for the wonderful care my mother received at Embassy at Valley View]. The staff were absolutely outstanding—compassionate, attentive, and always respectful. They made sure to cater to her needs and made her feel like a valued individual every single day. My name is Crystal B. - a sister to a resident at Embassy of Valley View. They have been the only group facility that has made a breakthrough with my brother. He has done so well, and it all has to do with the level of attention and care he is given each day. I wish that he had went to this facility before he had went to any other. I have a family member that has been in the facility for 6 months, Best care ever!! They really love him and take care of him like family!! I cannot say enough about the staff, laundry, kitchen custodial! they are all top notch. Charla has been our lifeline she goes above and beyond daily.
