Don't make the mistake I made and ignore the bad reviews. I had to remove my family member from here after only a few days. Nearly everyone was rude and had an irritated tone. I feel like they were trying to humiliate my family member by the things they did to them. I'm not going to go into detail but it is disturbing. I feel bad for everyone who is staying there. I’ve been a resident here for about a month and I never want to leave. I truly feel so cared for. All of the employees are patient, they care, and they answer any questions I have no matter what it is. The teamwork is outstanding. Candace communicates with my daughter often and keeps her informed on what’s going on. All of the aides and nurses on the rehab unit are very kind. Great improvement from 5 years ago. Staff are well trained and knowledgeable. It is always clean and organized and the residents always appear to be happy.
