This place is straight trash! It’s filthy! The nurses that work there should be ashamed of themselves. They were rude to my mother who was there recovering from surgery. And didn’t realize I was on the phone & could hear! There were signs all over the place saying showers were on Tues and Thurs. making people think they can only shower twice a week! Clean a lot of nice staff food is sometimes a little bit cold therapy dogs rehab people is great my mom is a nurse there if you need the best nurse ask for Cassandra Burt because she is my hero
When I heard my fiancé was going to be transferred to Embassy of Park Ave, I was deeply disappointed due to the distance from our home. But we had the best experience on the Skilled Rehab. The staff was caring and attentive. The facility was clean and orderly. My fiancé said the food was very good. Working in the business myself, I was surprised at what a great experience we had.
I'm just having a hard time with my thoughts and my little puppy dog I love her so much
