very bad communication, can't ever get a nurse to answer, and they're all there at the nurses station when you go out there to visit. they stopped communicating with me 3 months ago, no updates on my mom's condition, I have to actually go out there to find out what's been going on with her. I was the main contact from day one, and I have not heard a thing from them, from the doctors or the nurses, or her social worker. she had a UTI infection that led the sepsis before she went there, and very high CO2 levels. she just had a... read more
Very nice staff and nice sized rooms.
Very friendly staff helped me find my way and my family member was getting therapy. I was able to still visit with them n therapist was doing a great job n interactedwith me also. I was so pleased with my visit.
The staff works very hard. But you can see they are hard pressed for help!! The air conditioning needs turned on #1..the floors need scrubbed..im sure cleaning is the last on their mind patient care 1st but the floors are sticky and filthy..
