Worst experience!! From start to finish. It took over 7 months to close on a simple family transaction. We had to send in the same stuff 3-4 different ways. It seemed like they never asked the underwriter how they wanted the information. They would just send it in and then the whole process would get held up. luckily it was family transaction and it wasn't that big of a rush.
