I'm here visiting a family member for the first time and I'm absolutely disgusted at this place. Patients are just left sitting around in halls and in tiny beds. My husband worked at a hospital in a prison and the prison cells were nicer than these rooms! The lady at the desk was really unbothered to help us and the facility is dirty af. I've never been so appalled at a place in my life. It's blowing my mind that this place has a high rating on Google. I'd never send my worst enemy to a place like this. My grandfather has been here half a year and we're very happy with the place, the food, and the numerous people taking care of him. We've had good experiences with everyone there, including people in all different roles. For example we've had consistently positive interactions with Valerie and Manisha among various others.

We are glad that we had made a good choice to transfer my father to Embassy Manor during tough time. All staffs are kind, caring, empathy, friendly and patient in doing their best to provide professional cares. The Chinese program in particular offers great opportunities for residents to immerse themselves in an environment filled with Chinese cultural elements.
