just had a driver cut me off while going down Bannister while running a red light as I went thru my green light.
Lies and no integrity: Aston there is amazing! She was the only reason we kept the contract as long as we did. The leadership and account managers are the problem. Under bid contracts to get the service, then don't deliver. They wanted to charge me to get the ivy off the hous,e though ground cover was on the contract and had they been keeping up on the ivy it wouldn't have grown up the house. PROCEED WITH CAUTION: There are employees of this company that lack integrity, good morales and good values. One of their employees in an Embassy Landscape work vehicle was trespassing on our property a few days ago, hunting sheds for deer and left with sheds. Not only did they trespass but they stole as well. Disgraceful. I will not be putting in a good word for this company to anyone as long as crap like that I s going on. You’re breaking the law and in a company vehicle.
Salt truck driver purposely cut us off, while dumping salt on our car, almost hitting two different cars in the process along with me and my family. Driver was not paying attention and was on his phone. Contact the company and they basically tell me I'm wrong cause "they're our best driver they would never do that" horrible customer service. Never planned on using these guys but now I know I'm telling people to specifically avoid this company. Lucky there's no damage to my car.
