Had our front yard completely redone last fall. We contracted with this company because our HOA has a contract with them. I thought it would be a good choice. I found them to be very responsive in the beginning and up to the point they got paid. However I’ve tried to contact them with concerns on the design of the landscape as it is sloping and not holding mulch in but Joe has ever responded once to me. So disappointing!
Family owned and once you go against 1 they will fire you for no reason even when you’re one of the best workers! 0/10 stars!!
Our HOA switched to Embassy Landscaping this year and it has been a great choice! The work that their staff has performed from mowing to pruning, and plant removal and installation far exceeds the service we have had in the past. Our account manager Tony has been great to work with and is very responsive. I am very happy with our choice and would recommend to anyone looking for exceptional service.
