Seriously, if I could give Tom six stars I would! I just had a bike fit with him and let me tell you, he was amazing. He didn't just adjust my bike and get me into an OK position, he identified what i needed, ordered the part, brought me back in and re-did the fit with the new part. And just as we finished the fit - we noticed an issue with the TT brakes and he started to unpeel the onion and practically needed to take the whole bike apart, which he did and identified the issue and fixed the brakes. I had a bit fit from Tom after some numb hands stopped me riding more that 10km. It was a difficult fit and I had to go to the physio as well, but Tom was persistent in making sure I could ride comfortably. I'm now riding 200km a week. I also had a mechanical service and it was fantastic. Both services provided a lot of value and the team were quite ethical also.

Tom is an exceptional bike fitter. He's perceptive and attuned to his clients' needs on a deeply individual level. So I forgive him his terrible sense of humour and you should too.
