Did a pre purchase fit with Tom before buying the new Ostro Vam 2 (customizable). Bike arrived and it was dialed in from the get go. Tom was great, he assessed everything from a both a measurement and data perspective as well as using his experience and intuition as to what would be best for my age, ability and type of riding I do etc etc. Highly recommend his services before buying a new bike !!!
The bike fit I got from Tom on both my Roady and my TT have been absolutely game changing. It's unlocked a ton of power and made everything feel incredible on the bike. I didn't believe the numbers at first but now I'm just mad at myself for waiting so long to get a proper fit. I've had multiple comments on how good my position looks and my FTP is considerably improved. Cost per watt it's money well spent. Highly recommend Tom and Embassy for fittings, bikes and workshop services. Nice guys too!
Tom and the rest of the staff are friendly and understanding, putting young people like me and those who don't have a clue at ease. Bike fit is perfect. The free consultation made sure I got the right size bike and components (I was about to get it wrong and waste a lot of money). Embassy gives you great value for money
