Just reported to BBB for them basically ghosting us on a claim they are responsible to pay for an accident that was their insured driver's fault. They told us to go through our insurance company and then get reimbursed from them and have stopped answering our calls and emails. Why should we risk being penalized from our insurance company because their insurance company wont pay when the driver admitted he rear ended our van because he wasnt paying attention?
