Was sent an invitation to apply for the card, but the social security fields will not accept any numbers. I have called their customer service line and emailed, but no response. Anyone else have an issue like this?

I have always been treated well, and very efficiently.
We have been with the credit union for over a decade and every time I call in the customer service has been excellent. Any issue that we have had has been taken care of promptly and professionally. The ability to do all my banking electronically has also been very positive. I haven't stepped into the physical location for years! (I live across the state ð) Thank you!

I have been with GFTFCU (Embark) for over 35 years. I have never been dissatisfied with any of their services. Keep up the great work. As far as I am concerned, they (you) are the best.
Only once in a three year loan was the check not deposited in a timely manner. Even then it was only a few days
