Amazing people amazing place! The intake process was seamless and easy. They made us feel secure in our decision and hopeful. The transportation team that picked up our child were the best. The transportation experience was smooth and the team was caring and talked our child through the process and made it as easy as possible. Couldn’t say better things about this place and the process.
My son was just discharged after spending three months at Embark. We tried other treatment facilities with very little results. Our son appears to be a changed kid for the better although that is yet to be seen, the true test will be when he gets home and some time passes. All the staff at Embark have been absolutely amazing! Extremely helpful and inviting staff. Very thorough in explaining the admissions process and details of the program. As difficult as the process can be with insurance and all other aspects of treatment, they got things done in a more than timely manner. Grateful that we found them and looking forward to the great things our son accomplish here.
Getting my son into Embark was so nice. Everyone was super helpful and you could tell it was genuine. They worked really hard to get our insurance all sorted out as well. I'm very happy with our experience so far!
Let me start out with how comfortable the embark staff made us as parents feel right at administration and more importantly how it was that our son felt when meeting Danial and the staff in the beginning. Mom and I are Very impressed.
