Extremely helpful and inviting staff. Very thorough in explaining the admissions process and details of the program. As difficult as the process can be with insurance and all other aspects of treatment, they got things done in a more than timely manner. Grateful that we found them and looking forward to the great things our son accomplish here.
Getting my son into Embark was so nice. Everyone was super helpful and you could tell it was genuine. They worked really hard to get our insurance all sorted out as well. I'm very happy with our experience so far!
Let me start out with how comfortable the embark staff made us as parents feel right at administration and more importantly how it was that our son felt when meeting Danial and the staff in the beginning. Mom and I are Very impressed.
Our son had a very positive experience at Embark in Hurricane. He was held accountable by the staff to work their program, personal responsibility is a key component of their program. The staff was very professional and communicated very well with us throughout his stay. Additionally, the staff seemed to have a genuine interest in helping the kids. Overall our son had a very positive experience and we would recommend this program without reservation.
This facility was willing to work with our family to provide services to the best of their ability. They had great opportunities for outings and group discussions. However it was frustrating to not be updated on struggles throughout the week. We are grateful for their hard work and dedication.
