As a former employee, I can say Embark at the Poconos has the best staff who is very well trained in therapeutic communication, DBT skills, and safety skills to ensure patients are safe and healthy. The staff at Embark truly cares about their patients and they are constantly coming up with new ideas and activities so that the kids get the best experience while being away from home. We are from Georgia and ended up at the Embark PA location because it was hands down Embark centers are the best RTC that we could find in the US. We were recommended to Embark by 4 other institutions and individuals that work in the mental health field. My daughter will graduate from her 90 day treatment program at the end of this week.
