Edit in April 2026: The noise upstairs is only getting worse, security basically told me that they can’t do much. I was also told the previous person living here before me left for similar reasons. Seems like the family upstairs is costing the complex money because I am going to leave next. This place has the thinnest walls ever, i can hear them snoring, their kid started playing piano recently (hes awful), and i can hear literally everything. When I first moved here I was at the very top apartment, and that was mostly good. There were issues with people being loud playing music at 6 AM with their patio door open which would echo through the entire courtyard, there was also car alarms going off all night in the parking garage that you could hear loud and clear. Modern apartments close to S. Fremont & Milpitas businesses (KLA, LAM, etc.), groceries (Safeway, Trader Joes, Whole Foods), short walk to S. Fremont/ Warm Springs BART

Lived here for more than two years, the overall experience has been very positive. The facilities and interiors still feel new, and I’ve noticed real improvements since moving in. The addition of CCTV and regular security patrols has also made the community feel much safer. Shout-out to Nehit from the leasing office for being consistently helpful and supportive. He’s always there to assist with questions and resolve issues, and it really makes a difference in the resident experience.
