Embark Apartments is a well-located community with modern-looking units, convenient amenities, and easy access to nearby shopping, dining, and major roads. The property is generally clean and feels comfortable for day-to-day living. The staff are friendly and responsive in many situations, and the common areas are a nice bonus. Edit in August 2026: Someone was shooting their gun on the property, security told me it took management a year to get him evicted. Also, a major machine has been broken at the gym for months that they could have fixed by now (parts order is not an excuse at this point). The upstairs neighbors continue to be extremely loud all night as late as 4 AM. Genuinely a nightmare experience and lack of sleep. Management does not care and never responds to emails. I’ve lived here for 2 years. Honestly there were multiple times when I wanted to leave a good review because the management team did a great job helping us (not just me, but many residents), but I wanted to review after I move out. I swear living here was a 4.5/5 experience. The management team is super friendly and responsive. They would help address community-wide issues like noise or pool etiquette. The maintenance guys are also sooo nice and helpful. They get to know you as you stay here. Units are well furnished, though... read more
