Embarcadero Canning and Louis are one of a kind! Louis is extremely knowledgable and even more helpful with everything to do with canning! He helped my daughter and I get everything set up and went over all of the do’s and Don’ts in great detail. We of course, did have some issues on our first canning session and I called Louis at 6:30pm on Saturday night . Louis is great! Extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. Had all the parts for my sealer, cans and ends. He also made sure the sealer was functioning properly.

There are few company owners nowadays that are as helpful as Mr.Louis from Embarcadero Home Cannery. He makes sure to give you the gut-punch of reality both good and bad that you are about to endure. Knowledge that can only be learned over a long career. He also helps you see how your own personal skills can help in the business itself.
