I was very surprised by my experience. After inquiring about a service, I was told that if I maintain or re-lift my extensions myself, they would refuse to work on my hair in the future. In my opinion, once a service is paid for, the client should have the freedom to care for their own hair without pressure to return just to generate more appointments. This approach made me feel it was more about securing ongoing payments than respecting customer choice. Very disappointed.
Had my hair coloured and blow waved by Zoe today, she was excellent and did a lovely job and was very friendly. I am very fussy because I normally have my hair coloured and blow-waved by my hairdresser daughter, so I have high expectations. It’s always a challenge to find a hairdresser that can wash hair properly but Zoe did. I wasn’t disappointed. Thanks Zoe.
