Also called Auto Parts Giant (16429 Lakewood Blvd, 562-634-8244 or 877-654-4268). Ordered $600 worth of items on May 18, 2009. Shocks & struts not in stock. Promised a refund. Spent 4 months trying to get money back. Company takes at the mininium 20 minutes before they answer a call. Supervisor Robert and Manager Jon do not answer phone or return calls. This company is a scam artist. They are only there to take your money and never deliver a product. I had to file a complaint with the ic3.gov FBI complaint center to get my money back.

Ordered and paid for parts. Took 31 days to receive parts. Sent parts back(me paying full return shipping). Called and verified they had received them and was told it would take 45 days for a refund. Today is day 46, and still no refund. Called again and was told by "customer service" they would file a claim with another department and someone would be in touch with me. I only gave them 1 star because no stars was not an option. I believe this company is being run out of someones garage. If you order on-line they will charge your card same day as order but you will not see your parts. They have an F rating on Better Business Bureau - Very Bad!

I was charged for parts ordered on my credit card and never received the parts. I am currently trying to get me money back. Check LABBB to see they have an F rating as a very bad company.

This is a fraudulant company who is currently under investigation by the Federal Trade commission and the California Atorney General. If you order parts from them you will get the wrong parts, used parts or no parts at all. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

I ordered a couple of small parts from their online site AutoPartsGiant.com and was charged immediately for the parts. After 2 1/2 weeks the parts supposedly shipped, although they did not give me any tracking info. It has been almost a month now and the parts are still not here. They do not reply to emails and most of the time will not answer the phone. When they did answer the phone, they had some excuse about the part being backordered. This California company is at best a shady company and at worst might be charged with theftas a normal business practice. They charge for things up front, then ship themif they happen to feel like at some time. How long that is I cannot say asit has been 2 weeks so far and they won't give me any information on the supposed shipment. The customer service department hangs up when you call. At best find somewhere else to buy parts-ANYWHERE ELSE IS BETTER!!!

I ordered a part and was charged the same day. Found out 3 weeks later that they don't have the part. I never received a refund almost a month later, they did not respond to my e-mails, and company employees kept changing their story as to where my money was. I then had to go through my bank to get my money back. This company is listed as Auto Parts Giant on the internet. I would not recommend them.
