BUYER BEWARE! If I could give NO STARS, I would! Purchased steam machines from this company at the beginning of the year from the previous owner, but unfortunately, the company was sold to a new owner, and there is a huge lack of customer service with the new owner. The water reservoirs/jars are already showing signs of wear, including cracks, and although the new owner has been contacted to replace the reservoirs/jars because of the short time frame. My review was deleted because I attached a screenshot that they texted me saying I’m banned because I had posted my honest review saying my equipment broke. I typically don’t post reviews but this was a really unpleasant experience.
