Very disappointing experience at Emmanuel Hospital ER. In Turlock,CA After completing my registration, I briefly went to the restroom. When I returned to the waiting area, I approached a nurse to politely ask if my name had been called. Before I could even finish my question, she cut me off and responded in an extremely rude and dismissive way. I was shocked by how unprofessional and disrespectful she was — especially in a hospital setting, where compassion and basic respect should be the minimum. I honestly don’t understand... read more
