I was in the ER for a sprain foot on May 28 at 9:30am. I was met by three ladies at the registration window with smiles, how can I help you, and quickly getting me a wheelchair. Within a minute, I was taken to triage for blood pressure and put into the lobby to wait. About 10 minutes later Dr. Battaglia came to see me in the lobby and offered to assess me immediately. Where do I start. I would rate this hospital a 0 if I could. I will be adding names of both docs I've seen in the last two trips I've made in excruciating pain. So apon arriving to the emergency room I came in for extremely bad stomach pain followed by nausea and fever for 5 days now my son just got over the influenza so I assumed that's what I had as well so I told them that I may have it but I wasn't sure cause I didn't test for it. So start off with it was faster the usally and most where friendly ..dr. was nice . HERE IS WHY ITS 1 STAR .NO HELP GIVING SYSTEM IS SO MESSED UP .MY BLADDER SLING BROKE AND I AM SITTING ON MY BLADDER AND I AM IN PELVIC PAIN .THEY DID I SCAN SO LUCKLY NO TUMMOR ..BYT GOT TOLD SEE YOUR DR. TO GET A REFFERRAL TO A OBGYN I TOLD THEM IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET IN .SO I LITTERLY GOT TOLD WE CANT DO NOTHING FOR YOU IS NOT A EMERGENCY .ONLY IF I BLEED CANT PEE OR WORTH BLADDER IS FALLING ALL THE WAY OUT.
