What a horrible place, went to the medical center and they could not find anything sent by doctor. Run around with the registry assistance! Typical central valley crap! Loosing info already verified by the cancer center!
The hospital appeared to overbook appointments for the same time slot, which resulted in an unacceptable wait of more than 3 hours. What was most disappointing was that no one informed us about the delay or provided any updates while we waited. Patients’ time should be respected, and better scheduling and communication are greatly needed. This is ridiculous.so disappointing. So told us to come back after I checked with them. Like gas is cheap
