We arrived at 10:40 PM and were not properly attended to for almost two hours. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It honestly felt discriminatory and disrespectful. The only person who was kind and helpful was a young woman named Summer. She was the reason we decided to stay, but unfortunately her shift ended around 1:30 AM. After she left, the service became even worse. We were ignored for hours and did not end up leaving until 4:33 AM. No customer should have to wait that long... read more

If i could give this hospital zero stars I would. First of all the stuff is very unprofessional and very unorganized. I went in due to severe pelvic pain and they took my vitals and asked for my symptoms and told me it’s just a “pulled muscle” and discharged me with pain medication. The next day my pain was so unbearable I decided to go to Doctors hospital in modesto when there they had told me I had not one but two ovarian cyst one the size of a football, which then I had been rushed to emergency surgery. Emanuel hospital in turlock ca. Is a terrible place . My sister and I had to repeatedly tell the nurse what medication he cant have . They kept on giving it to him . And resulted in double doses of antidepressants for a week.. worst experience ever !!!
