Need my prescriptions refilled, but will only do it with appointments, prescriptions that I been taking for years, are costing more with this Dr. that won’t do it without appointments! Her staff doesn’t care for you either, I have left messages and they take more than 1 week to respond!
Worst experience ever. From the moment she walked in, she was rude and accusatory. Dismissed our concerns, refused to order an X-ray, and insisted gout is “impossible” without uric acid in bloodwork. Told us to just go see another doctor instead. We avoided the ER thinking family practice would be thorough—big mistake. Do not waste your time here

I really wished I had read the reviews before my appointment with Ema. I came to see Ema for an annual physical checkup. I was hoping maybe I could make her my primary physician. When she walked in the door and started talking to me it immediately felt like she was already agitated.
