The staff were very professional and courteous! They treated our animals with care and respect.
Waived an employee down to help me at my car with puppies and she just looked at me with her clipboard, rolled her eyes and walked off. I left. Obviously didn't care about my business.
Unprofessional experience over two separate visits to this clinic. I understand being understaffed/booked with visits but having a 4+ hour wait time to get simple vaccinations for my pet is beyond unreasonable. This wouldn’t be a problem if they would actually pick up their phone in their office as I tried calling multiple times to see if there was going to be a wait.
