After reading other people's reviews, I feel like I have to share mine. This place is where I had one if the worst experiences of my life. I don't want to get into specific details because its embarrassing, but the level of crap treatment I was given in the middle of a genuine medical emergency is still traumatizing years later. I would've given them a 0 if I could. Every single time I deal with the ER nursing staff, they are so rude 100% of the time. I think a few suspensions is in order and training on professionalism and customer service to be provided by the hi hospital administrator and followed up by with EE director.

If I can give 10 stars I would! I've been here via ambulance,walk in e.r and my primary dr visits. Been admitted a few times too. All I have to say is every single staff I've encountered have been nothing but amazing to me. I love this hospital. God bless everyone patients and staff!Keep up the good work!Thank you Dr. Reed,Nurse Angie,Nurse Liz,and everyone else in between♡

My dad was transported to Queen of Valley Hospital by ambulance. I must say that the emergency room service at this hospital was excellent. I want to especially acknowledge LVN Melissa Q. She was very kind and patient with my elderly father, helping him to remain calm while his medical emergency was being addressed. I hope the hospital leadership will recognize her for a job well done.

An antiquated hospital which receives periodic superficial face-lift. However, it is a necessary facility providing emergency & other medical services to the local area. The entire campus DESPERATELY requires a multi-story parking structure to alleviate patient, guest & visitor traffic. I am presently parked about a quarter mile away within the campus waiting to pick up a patient. Absolutely ridiculous & absurd.
