Horrible experience when it’s something serious they don’t have appointments till next week or after hours. In an emergency or something urgent worst place to go to or to call for a same day appointment.
Bad customer service I called for first time patient Stefani was the representative she had really bad attitude and refused to help people shouldn’t work in this type of places if they don’t like what they do !
Dr. Kevin Zhang is amazing! We knew we wanted him as my baby’s pediatrician since her first check up at the hospital. Overall the staff is good haven’t had any issues. I would say it is more difficult now to get appointments.
