the doctor diluted my morphine on purpose so that i can still be in severe pain!
Quick, supportive, empathetic, caring, and knowledgeable. Wish I lived closer to make it my regular ER.
My father needed urgent treatment, and the ER here was fast. Maybe we went on a good day but they got him a room right away, staff went above and beyond with the little things we needed , they accommodated right away despite being busy. I appreciate the efforts and understand the hiccups. If you want urgent treatment and within your insurance. I recommend this ER.
If you think this hospital is bad you should try visiting Pomona Valley. Unfortunately I do understand that there are shortages on medical staff just about everywhere. But what’s more concerning to me is how these Particular employees treat the patients that are coming into these emergency rooms. I Cannot recall being treated with the amount of care that I was treated with at this emergency room.
