I cannot recommend Emalyse enough!! After being diagnosed with PCOS and only having a handful of periods, I reached out to Emalyse to figure out what my hormones and gut were doing. Over about 8 months, Emalyse helped me to balance my hormones and gave me so many tips and tricks to use in my everyday life. And I got my period back! She was so supportive and made my hormone journey a lot easier than it could’ve been.
Emalyse has helped me so much with my anxiety and mental health. I finally feel like my old self again!
