Bill and Avery provide the best service ever. It took a little bit of time for them to get to know the equipment but now the fixes are efficient and they get us back up and running within a couple of hours. They also do a lot of independent research and can help with ongoing PM calendars as well as plant process design. I would absolutely recommend working with them.
