Did not clean my place well. I had to reclean.
I've been using this service for several years now and they are the best. Great customer service and reliability. I'm always able to get a hold of them if I need to make a change in the schedule or have any specific request. I specially love coming home and finding it sparkling clean!! They always do an exceptional job. I'm very satisfied and recommend their service to anyone who wants a clean home at reasonably prices.
First of all- they somehow deleted my bad review... so this should be your number one clue not to trust them.. Here is what it said- After every cleaning, I had to continue their cleaning (forgotten bath tub, dirty floors, dirty shelves, etc) I continually paid for 3 hours when I would catch them leaving at the 2 hour mark with an incomplete job. I am a huge fan of eMaidsLA. I use them monthly for my three bedroom home and they are unbelievable. I am a very tidy person, but after a visit from them I am shocked by how much cleaner my home can be. They just get through every crook and cranny. My home just feels so much better after a visit from them. They are very professional, always on time, and so detailed oriented. My home is serviced like a hotel.
