This is a five star cleaning company. Did a move out clean on my place, I did not stick around while they did the clean on my place. When I came back later the place was immaculate, everything was spotless they even cleaned into places that I did not request nor did I expect. I will use them over and over again and recommend them to everyone I know who needs cleaning
First time using this service. I needed someone last minute on the weekend and they were able to accommodate me for a move in cleaning services. Niyoga was sent. Niyoga did an outstanding job and spent many hours there cleaning. She did everything that was requested and was so efficient and paid close attention to details. Maria is the best I’ve come across as far as professional cleaning. She did an excellent Job!! I would definitely request her if I was to ever need cleaning done again. EMaids has a high standard of professionalism and their work product is above reproach. Louis was also very helpful with scheduling our appointment and answering any questions we had. Very satisfied with this company!!
They allow you to book a cleaning service on Saturday and Sunday on the website. You’ll then get a call saying they don’t work on weekends and need to reschedule. They also promise a follow up email to let you know date and time of service has been confirmed and I never received this email. “You can expect an email shortly, confirming the time and any instructions needed to prep your home for an amazing eMaids experience. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service”
