This has been the worst experience ever!! If I could give a negative 5 start review, I would. We scheduled a cleaning service about a week ago since we are having family come to town and staying with us . Today, someone was supposed to come which was scheduled for 9am. It does say they would come within the hour which would be 9-10am and possibly a 15 minute grace period, which we waited. After 45 minutes of no calls, we tried calling multiple numbers, multiple times, which is nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone and yo... read more
