I had a horrible experience with this company. The machine I purchased, I assume, was refurbished because it kept failing the whole first year I had it. It was repaired / replaced several times and it is still not working properly. I was denied any refund, I had to plea for an extension in warranty, which was given to me by phone only, not formally. We got our Image Pro in 2023 and it is BY FAR our favorite machine. We are always the table and booth with the longest waiting line at conferences. Everyone wants to know their skin age! Love how easily it starts the skin care conversation!
All I can say is WOW! We purchased our ImagePro by Emage several years ago, but they still treat us like their favorite new customer. Incredible customer service on amazing devices. Highly recommended in an Aesthetic World where few companies attend to older customers.
