This doctor Falsified patient's supplied written symptoms in medical records at Emergency Room causing misdiagnosis and misreading by subsequent doctors..! This Neurologist Dr. told the ER admitted patient for an Autonomic Testing in JFK Hospital ER records on 05/23/2023, but in reality gave an internal outpatient script for Lower Extremety Nerve Conduction Testing to be done 3 weeks after ER admittance.
