Dr. Jacob is great, the receptionist and the nurses are great. The nurse practitioner I will never see again. Not only did she treat my mother like she was dumb, she also mocked her. She said she was sending antibiotics to the pharmacy, we commented on the antibotics and she said “ I did not say that.” We both heard her say antibotics. My mom tried explaining that she’s not allowed to take antibiotics anyway, so she just wanted to make sure. Dr. Emad Jacob and his staff are outstanding. He is knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to clearly explain everything. The office is well organized, clean, and the staff is friendly and professional. I felt well cared for from start to finish and highly recommend Dr. Emad Jacob to anyone looking for excellent medical care.
The only thing I want to complain about are the receptionist always putting you on hold and never coming back to the phone… making you wait over 15+ minutes.
Best Doctor ever! The staff is friendly, and understanding. Scheduling appointments are easy, and the office is always clean.
I want to thank the doctor who owns the medical office for calling me to apologize for a misunderstanding, and also for scheduling an appointment to resolve the misunderstanding! Thank you very much! Very professional and good human being!
