Hadley and Niko are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and hospitable. They have a great dynamic and bring exactly the right energy to the shop. The ice cream is excellent quality, and the scoops are generously portioned. They also have a few hard frozen yogurt options, which was a great find. The coffee (espresso) ice cream was a standout; smooth, creamy, and authentic tasting. Always a great stop and one we look forward to visiting every year!
Great place, great workers
I’ve been to Emack & Bolio’s a handful of times, and unfortunately the service has been consistently disappointing. Each visit, the staff have come across as unfriendly and rude, almost as if you’re inconveniencing them simply by stopping in. After having the same experience multiple times, I felt it was worth mentioning. A little friendliness and basic customer service would go a long way.
