We love their ice cream. Unique flavors. People here complaining about teenagers serving them ice cream with an attitude have never gone to another ice cream shop in nyc. That’s just expected anywhere where a teenager is serving you. So besides that, the ice cream is worth stopping in for. Give them a chance. They are better priced than the local competitors. And they have better sized scoops. Just saying.

Horrific. Walked into this place excited to try it for the first time and was met with two horrible personalities behind the counter. Even after saying thank you after being handed our ice cream which was done in complete silence and not a morsel of kindness, we left to sit outside and eat our ice creams on the bench. I visited this ice cream shop on Sunday, June 8, 2025 around 9:20 PM and had a very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely rude, slamming freezer lids, rolling eyes, sighing, and muttering while serving. At one point, they even raised their voice, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I understand it was a hot, busy day, but that doesn’t excuse such unprofessional behavior. I won’t be returning, and I’m sharing this as a warning: on hot days, don’t expect good service.
