Do not trust this company! I purchased a necklace that was extremely overpriced for its size. Once it arrived, and I noticed how small it was I returned it. $600 down the drain, after they claimed the package was arrived empty to Overstock! Like really, why would you accept an open package that’s EMPTY. they’re liars and untrustworthy.
Sent a platinum diamond engagement ring to be sized. Came back with a broken, ill repaired prong, and a diamond set crooked, and big scratches on the band! To top it off I took it to a local jeweler to confirm that i wasn't crazy, sure enough he looped it and saw all the things I was talking about. He also sized it and it was 7 and 3/4, it was to go from a 7 to an 8.
