EMA performed structural damage condition inspections and assessments for six apartment buildings located in Pompano Beach, Purpose Bay for exterior walls stucco and framing damage assessment. The fees were very competitive and they performed an excellent job for half the fees which other engineering firms quoted for all six buildings. Their engineers were licensed PE who had extensive experience and responded in timely manner to our request for quick damage inspection and reports. We recommend them without any reservation.

EMA Performed a visual structural assessment for our building. after we had issues with boat deck to our property and pinpointed areas of concern. The report was extensive and professional, which made contractor to take into consideration of all the concrete cracking and spalling issues.

We retained EMA for numerous insurance third party claim damage assessments in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale, and they did professional assessments. The reports were excellent and the engineers who performed inspection was knowledgeable. Their rates are competitive with other forensic engineers in town better than several engineering firms. Highly recommended!

Unprofessional. I called to get an estimate and the gentleman that answered the phone hung up mid- conversation and then didn’t want to answer any of my calls after that.
