Dr. James Lightfoot was my ER physician. He is an exceptionally caring Doctor. I was in severe pain when I arrived at the ER and the Doctor took care of the problem immediately. I knew I was in good hands.
Dr Sawan always gives excellent care delivered with compassion and concern.
I received a bill from EMA today 3/15/19 and couldn't find all of the charges on my Medicare webpage but decided to call to make sure that this was a legit company. The first person I spoke to treated me well and answered my questions about any late fees (there were none) . I hung up and began writing my check but wasn't sure whether to make it out to Alteon or EMA. Dr Todd Larson, MD saw me in the ER at Reston Hospital in Virginia on Thursday, January 31, 2019 and I could not have asked for a more professional, knowledgeable, and caring physician. He quickly determined the source of my illness, ordered the appropriate tests, and prescribed medication while treating other patients with, I assume, the same level of competence and concern.
