Both Peter and Yvonne have been friendly and professional during our visit there today. Peter and his assistant were very patient and helped me in providing great options of glasses suitable for her. They were also meticulous and detailed in each of the steps to ensure the new glasses would fit her perfectly. Yvonne also stood out for being kind and personable. I’m giving out 3/5 because I had a good experience with EM optical before but not this time. It won’t be fair to the shop by giving 1 star based on a bad one. I called in asking for my eyeglass prescription. A lady said she would send it to me by email. I waited for 10 mins, I didn’t get it. SoI called in again, she told me impatiently that she had another customer she needed to attend to. That’s fair. I’d waited for a bit longer. Visited a while ago, Yvonne helped me in building a new pair of lenses on my old frame. She and the other staffs were professional and friendly in providing advices and services. The price was fair, and the process from ordering to pick up was efficient and effective.
