I went in one Sunday afternoon to get a new set of acrylic nails, I picked out the color and was really happy, then to find out the male doing my nails DIDNT have his nail license and he was doing my nails in a salon? He cut them way to short they aren't shiny not even a week later they are lifting not shiny the acrylic is chipping away, the nails are uneven I will never be back I paid 40 bucks for good quality nails and I get a nail student doing my nails didn't even let me know until I freaked out about how short they are

So this was the first time I got my nails done there and I strongly dislike them! They had horrible customer service. Were not friendly. The lady that did my nails was so rude. I felt like they were rushing my nails. I don't recommend this place at all!

I have come here several times with no problem, but after my last visit I WILL NOT be going back. After calling in to set a time over an hour in advance I still had to wait for TWO HOURS (not even sure why I did.) The girl cut my nails way way too short after I told her several time that it was too close, and then ripped off a portion of my nail removing the previous acrylic. They have lost my business for future reference and u am very displeased

Horrible! I asked for a manicure and pedicure ! When they were cutting my cuticles she was so rough, she pressed very hard with the nippers and tore the cuticles off instead of cutting them! I have cuts and sores on 4 fingers and they didn't give me the colors or designs I asked for !! After 2 days, my shellac is chipping off and there are bumps on just about all the nails from debris. We went today to get our nails done and it took over 2 hours. Not the good kind but sitting there with you pedicure partially done while they start someone else who came in after you. We had to leave in the middle of the pedicure so my friend could get back to work because we had been there an hour and 45 minutes. I went back so they could finish mine which, I might as well have just gone home. My heels are just as rough as when I went in and theres paint all over my toes.
