You don’t need to read any other reviews! If you’re thinking about going or booking an appointment, DO IT! I have been using their services for several years now and booking online is super easy! Plus, I’ve never walked in and waited more than 5-10 minutes.CATHY is phenomenal and extremely knowledgeable! All of the staff is great, and if you haven’t gathered already I believe EM nails is super duper great!!
My nails turned out great and Cathy was very kind! She clearly has a lot of expertise. The only reason that I’m saying 4 stars instead of 5 is because it was a bit expensive for just regular polish, no gel or dip or anything. But again, Cathy was great and the service was excellent!
I love getting my nails done at EM nail. The salon is always clean and hygienic which is very important when choosing a nail salon. All the nail techs are all so sweet and are such artist when it comes to nails
My wife and I enjoy a foot message (no color for me). We feel this is the best company in Waco. Jenny and Zen are our two favorite people there and the ones you should ask for to get the best nails (for your wife) or message.
My daughter & I loved the services we received today. My daughter got a full set with polish designs, & I got a pedicure with cat eye polish. Both ladies who performed our services were awesome! I didn’t get the name of the tech who took care of my daughter, but she loved her strawberry, summertime themed nails. Cathy took care of me. She was super kind & great to chitchat with.
