I have been going to EM nails for four years out of convenience because it’s close to my house. Despite the salon being nicely decorated inside, the service has been poor. The staff I’ve interacted with has been unfriendly and not overly helpful. I don’t get my nails done often (maybe about once a year), so I’m not a pro, and they are often rude when I ask questions. First experience was good that I booked appts for both my daughters the next day. Now, my second time I’m here for my appt and NO ONE is here! Door locked. I waited 15 minutes after my appt still no one. NEVER coming back again.
A little disappointed. Great atmosphere, and everyone was really nice. My nails don't look the best. I'm leaning towards a different shop. I don't want to waste money on something I am not happy with.
