Took the bike in for tire replacement with my own tires, mount and balance 2 for a fair price. My son did the same but he had some vibration issues 3 days later, took the bike back in and was told nothing was wrong. Vibration wasnt there before, rode great but after 3 days felt as if it threw a weight..after a 2 minute ride was told its normal. too bad too, these guys did some work for us before....not anymore.
