THIS DOCTOR SHOULD CLOSE HER BOOKS! Allowing patients to wait approximately two months for an appointment is simply thoughtless and careless, not to mention the implications this may have to one's health. She clearly does not have the time to see all of her patients in a reasonable amount of time, let alone take on new ones. I found Dr Eliza Malkoun to be very nice and polite, that is, until I didn't use a script or two that she'd prescribed, as well as a few referrals. Excellent doctors
I visited the clinic to get a blood test done this week. The good part is I got the appointment very quick. When I went to get my blood test done, the nurse did not ask if I was afraid of needles which most nurses in my experience do. We proceeded with the blood test and my blood did not seem to flow well. The nurse said this was because I was dehydrated. She then suggested I sleep with my legs elevated and asked if she should use a different vein to extract blood, I suggested not pricking the same vein as I was already in p... read more
I have been a patient of Dr Eliza's for over 11 years, and a patient of Dr Elliott for roughly 2 years. Both Dr's are absolutely amazing. They are both friendly, respectful, caring and I've always felt they truly listen to me when I've known something wasn't right.
