They are normally great for the price. But lately ive been getting the excuse that my eyebrows are thin, can i use thread to clean it up. When in reality you didnt even use the wax right, i let you use the thread and you still didnt clean it up properly rhe first time. i paid $10 for nothing. Am i satisfied absolutely no when i come all the time and have never had this issue. Im not looking for my money back im looking for the service that i paid for that i was not rendered correctly.

I use to go here all the time to get my eyebrows done. Went Saturday and she completely ruined my eyebrows. Leaving them super thin. I don’t understand why she would make them like that 😭 now I bought a serum to try to make them grow faster because I hate them sooo much and it’s embarrassing. Never again
