The service is fine, but the other woman spoke quite rudely, even though I'm a regular customer. They definitely need to improve their manners when speaking to customers.
I came in to get my eyebrows done since where I normally go to was closed. The lady ridiculed my chin hair and that I really needed it. After I said no she was mean. I had trouble understanding her and I asked what she meant nicely and she said “what you don’t understand English” I understand both Spanish and English very well and that was so uncalled for and racist on her part to say that. Especially since I never disrespected her. She did not do my eyebrows right either ai will have to finish them myself I guess.
They burned and ripped my skin off. And still charged me. Don’t go here!

The most sophisticated "back room" for waxing & facials I have ever seen since california. Extremely large space for the stylist to spin the spa table 360 °. Well 👌 lit, for efficiency & keeping the stylist movements ergonomically healthy. Eyebrow threading & Custom Fake lash gluing. Highly recommend.
