Patti is phenomenal. She is efficient and very friendly. It was like sitting and talking to an old friend. Her work was immaculate. A1 service.
Patti is THE BEST!! had both a mani and pedi and they look stunning. She is also soothingly and energetically contagious with a kind spirit, an amazing energy, and warm heart. I definitely spaed it today! (as in going to the spa).
The space was clean and comfortable. I appreciated having a warm drink from the keurig. Scheduling was easy and my nail tech was very friendly and easy to talk to. Parking was not smooth because its in the basement of an apartment building. My nail tech had me scan my ticket for free parking, but when I put it in the machine while leaving, I did not receive any discount. Perhaps it didn't scan correctly?
