Very poor service by the girl name Emma, full of attitude needs more training she doesn’t know massage or deep pressure. Finished the massage in 20 minutes when i refused to do other service which was way to high. Definitely not going back in future and also stop my frnds going there. After 20 minutes plz pay the mandatory tip for what.

My husband and I called to inquire about a massage. They quoted $60 for 45 minutes, which seemed fair at first, but then they mentioned a mandatory $10 minimum tip. I explained that we usually tip based on the quality of the service, but they insisted on the minimum tip no matter what. No other massage place we’ve been to has ever added this kind of requirement. They also don’t accept insurance, which adds to how sketchy the whole place feels. We decided not to book and won’t be considering this place in the future.
I've been to this place many times and I've never had a bad experience.... except for one of my most recent visits. Cherry, was her name, and she was just very Un-Enthusiastic. Had a smile for about 2 seconds, and then just did massage like it was a chore. And when I gave some input she ignored and kept doing the same thing. So honestly she needs to go..... probably the only time I've wasted money here. However literally from what I've seen anyone else is fantastic and would highly recommend.
