Very efficient service and were able to get me a better deal on my health insurance at a lower cost than I was paying previously.
Good service, changed 3 of my policies for a better deal. Had to chase at the end as went over the expiry date of existing policies, but got the result that I wanted as I believe there is a cooling off policy of 2 weeks so this didn't actually matter. I wasn't aware of this hence the chase. Mitchelle Tunis very polite and helpful. Saved me a lot of time not having to do all the research myself. Thank you.
