One word describes Dr Mcmurtrie and her staff located at Brook City Base.....UNCOMPARABLE! This TEAM is Number ONE, Second to none ! For the Dr to call a patient to let them know an appeal to the insurance company was done...that is beyond reproach! I used to see the RENAL ASSOCs on E Southcross, now they don't know the meaning of patient care. They are the rudest and coldest clinic I' ve ever been a part of. You cannot lose being a patient of Dr Mcmurtrie !
Very professional and efficient staff from Mary, the receptionist on up through the nurses and assistants. Dr. McMurtrie is also very professional, and I feel that she genuinely cares about my health and well-being. I am following her direction, and I am happy seeing significant improvement in my health.
Blood work looked good.
Great doctor, outstanding staff, especially Mary Jane, she's the best.
