I can't recommend them highly enough! All of the folks at Elza were helpful, professional, and prompt. We had them put in two heat pumps through the Focus on Energy program which took forever and forever to get approval, but they were patient and worked through everything so we were able to get these wonderful heat pumps.
Had a great experience with Elza Heating! They have convenient online scheduling and payment, and were incredibly responsive. Jack did a great job servicing my furnace and explaining things clearly. I will definitely use their services again, and I highly recommend them.
As a long time owner of my very own house I’ve had to go through many heating contractors as you would imagine but there’s nothing like walking up on a summer day just to find that your brand new furnace stopped working, me and my wife didn’t want to call them back because we like when are people can get the job done the first time, well anyways I’ll be taking my business somewhere else maybe to brown
We had Keith and his team install a new furnace at our condo in Bayfield, Wi. Extremely professional and he answered all our questions and gave excellent service. We highly recommend Elza Heating!
