Not a great experience. At the beginning of the session the stylist did a test strand and told me my hair lifted perfectly and that we could get to my desired look easily. However, the final look ended up being nowhere to what I wanted/what the photo had looked like. My hair became insanely damaged (gummy texture), streaky looking, and not professionally done at all - plus she got bleach on my clothes that had to be thrown out. Five stars isn't enough for Elz & Greco Hair & Beauty Studio Inc.! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so welcoming and chic. My stylist, Alecia, gave me a phenomenal, deep hair wash and hair style. She was professional, attentive, and really made the experience relaxing. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients and the quality of their work. I highly recommend them for a pampering, top-quality beauty treatment!
I had a pixie haircut with Jodie. I showed her a picture of the style I wanted, but unfortunately the result was really disappointing.
Have been going here for my usual haircut and style and Jocelyn have been my hair guru! I just also did a balayage for the 1st time and it’s absolutely beautiful. Great atmosphere, positive vibes, super chill staff!!! And u get the feeling of being a queen. Thank you!!!
